Group Psychotherapy is a way for us to learn about how we interact with others and form bonds. Group can be a place of feedback, support and growth. The purpose of this group is to understand our social persona’s and how we interact with each other. This group is open to all of my current clients and can be a great addition to individual therapy.

The only instruction in this psychotherapy group is to "put your thoughts and feelings into words."

Dr. Tamra Sattler and I are offering individual supervision and co-leading a biweekly group. Between the two of us we can provide supervision for anyone in the State of Colorado who is pursuing their LPC, LAC, or LMFT license. I specialize in working with Psychoanalysis, EMDR, and Contemplative Psychotherapy; I am also the President of the Four Corners Group Psychotherapy Society and I bring my knowledge of group process to supervision. Tamra has a deep knowledge of Transpersonal Psychology, Hakomi, and CBT after completing her PhD at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
